Summary:The paper shows the possibility of monitoring the contamination of aqueous solutions with toxic substances using a gas- analytical system based on semiconductor gas-sensitive sensors. The control of toxic substances is carried out in a saturated vapor formed above the surface of solutions during the diffusion of solute molecules. A method for calculating the content of substances in a solution based on the concentration of a substance in the gas phase has been developed.
