Summary:Existing methods for identifying scientific concepts can give ambiguous results, be used not for all areas of knowledge and applicable for detecting only a limited range of scientific concepts. An integrated approach to ontological modeling of the representation of scientific knowledge is proposed. The features of the development of conceptual principles for extracting scientific data on the correlation of multi-format elements and the nature of the relationship between the related concepts of open innovation are revealed.
