Summary:Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a systemic necrotizing granulomatous vasculitis that can predominantly affect systemic small- and medium-sized vessels. Isolated pituitary gland involvement at the onset of the disease is extremely rare in granulomatosis with polyangiitis and usually associated with other organ involvement, especially upper and lower respiratory tract and kidneys. This report highlights granulomatosis with polyangiitis -related pituitary dysfunction with clinical, radiological, and laboratory findings.
