Summary:Introduction: Lack of physical activity and increased sedentary behaviors during home confinement of older adults, due to COVID-19, would result, over time, in an increased risk of falling in this population. Objective: To reduce the risk of falling in a group of older adults in home confinement by applying the Kunte physical activity program, based on sequences of oriental-type movements structured according to the theoretical-practical foundations of physical therapy and the methodological-pedagogical principles of Physical Education. Methods: Exploratory and quasi-experimental design study; applied in 35 older adults (19 women - 16 men), belonging to the commune of Maipú, Santiago, Chile.
