Description
Summary:In this paper, results of the study of the microstructure of a VZhL939 corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel alloy (HNA) at different stages of post-processing are described. More specifically, the morphology of the particles of the γ' phase and carbides after selective laser melting, hot isostatic pressing, thermal treatment, and long-term strength tests is studied. Allowable preferences of short-term mechanical characteristics and long-term strength of this alloy as compared to the EP648 and VZh159 alloys produced through selective laser melting are given.
