The papers' focuses want to identify unethical behaviors during the academic years and the differences between different types of faculties. The central purpose of a University in any given society is to offer an atmosphere for Learning and for the benefit of the learner, the society and humanity in general .This study contributes to the literature on the unethical practices being followed in Universities. Unethical practices are those when one is not conforming to approved standards of social or professional behavior. The research is carried out in ordered to explore & investigate the Top management, Teachers, Examination staff & Students malpractices in the promotion of unethical practices
