Summary:Herein we report a reverse transcription-free, label-free and enzyme-free colorimetric method for RNA nucleic acid fragments detection. The method can conveniently determine the presence of dual gene targets and distinguish single nucleotide polymorphism by visual observation. A reverse transcription-free, label-free and enzyme-free colorimetric method is developed for RNA nucleic acid fragment detection. The method simultaneously responds to dual viral gene fragments and distinguishes single nucleotide polymorphisms.
