Description
Summary:The production of fuel components in the integrated Fischer–Tropsch synthesis on bifunctional cobalt catalysts in the form of a mixture of the cobalt catalyst Co–Al 2 O 3 /SiO 2 and hierarchical zeolite HBeta samples with a binder was studied. The conditions for the preparation of HBeta samples with a developed mesoporous structure by alkaline modification using a solution of NaOH were determined. The effect of the structure and acidic properties of HBeta on the activity of the catalysts in the Fischer–Tropsch synthesis and the hydrocarbon and fractional composition of the resulting products were studied. The studies were carried out in a flow reactor with a fixed catalyst bed at a pressure of 2 MPa, a gas space velocity of 1000 h –1 , and a temperature of 240°C. The process parameters for the bifunctional catalysts and the composition of fuel components correlated with the structure and surface condition of the HBeta zeolite samples.
