Summary:This study investigated the satisfaction level of MA students in an English program concerned with English for Specific Purposes in a Thai public university. The data were collected from a convenience sample of thirty-three students who were about to graduate from this MA program. The major part of the questionnaire focused on institutional factors, i.e. Curriculum, Instructors and Instruction, Classroom, and Course Evaluation, while the students’ attitudes and opinions toward factors affecting graduate student satisfaction were elicited from the open-ended part. The results indicated that the most satisfactory factors were Instructors and Instruction and Course Evaluation, respectively. Classroom was found to be the dimension with which the students were the least satisfied. As revealed by the qualitative data, a number of students were pleased and impressed with the service quality of the program support staff. It is recommended that classroom facilities as well as library service be improved to enhance the students’ satisfaction level.
