Description
Summary:The relevant problem in the process of electron beam surfacing with wire material is the positioning of the filler wire relative to the electron beam. The accuracy of the beam positioning relative to the wire significantly affects the nature of heat input, the processes of transfer of molten metal from the wire to the base, and, as a consequence, the nature of the formation of the roller. To build a full-fledged process control system, an adequate mathematical model is needed that describes the formation of the signal depending on the beam displacement relative to the wire and other technological parameters. In the article, we obtain a model in the form of an approximation of the integral expression of the dependence of the signal from the X-ray sensor on the values of technological parameters.
