Description
Summary:Aircraft pipeline systems operate under the action of internal pressure, they are made from titanium alloys and corrosion-resist ant steels by rolling sheet blanks using welding operations. The design of an installation for rotary rolling of pipes is proposed in order to smooth out welded seams and improve strength characteristics due to plastic hardening caused by thinning and leveling of the pipe wall thickness. For the manufacture of tees, adapters, steeply bent and stepped pipes from cylindrical blanks, an installation is proposed for shaping thin -walled unified pipeline elements. When assembling pipeline elements for automatic welding, it is necessary to calibrate the abutting edges in order to eliminate the discrepancy between their diameters and ovality. The design of an installation for transverse crimping of a thin - walled precision pipe is proposed, which makes it possible to ensure the required accuracy of the assembly of a thin- walled pipeline. The presented constructive and technological solutions for the manufacture of titanium elements of pipelines from rolled straight -seam pipe billets allow us to obtain products with a smoothed weld seam, which provides not only the required strength and durability of pipelines, but also the absence of centers of accumulation and nucleation of contaminants in the working cavit ies during the transportation of liquid-gas media.
