Summary: | The purpose of the roasting furnace control is to ensure its proper performance with the required quality of the concentrate at the outlet, characterized by its humidity. This purpose can be achieved manually, semi-automatically or automatically. In any case, the main task of the control is to obtain the required productivity, and the subordinate task is to achieve the required humidity (0.5%) of the concentrate at the furnace outlet. In accordance with the set purpose, it is necessary to automate the process of maintaining the required humidity of the concentrate at the furnace outlet, i.e. to create a local SAR of the temperature of the exhaust gases. To do this, it is necessary to solve a range of tasks related to the identification of the roasting furnace as an object of control in the SAR of the exhaust gas temperature, and the construction of its static and dynamic models, as well as the construction of a model of the SAR of the exhaust gas temperature and optimization of its parameters in the presence of noise and interference. |
