Description
Summary:The constant need for harmonization and improvement of competencies in changing labour market conditions leads to an increased need for standard definition/description for particular occupation. An occupational standard is a document that outlines the competencies required for a specific job. It is generated using a well-defined methodology and data collection. This article describes the process of developing occupational standards in four areas: 1) management of information security and privacy systems, 2) distributed and interactive systems, 3) management of business system transformation and innovation, and 4) data technology and artificial intelligence.
