MULTI-CRITERIA EVALUATION OF TOURIST SATISFACTION

In this paper, two new formulas for calculation of tourist satisfaction based on multi- criteria model with one dominant criterion are given. This is a continuation of the work and the results obtained in Pavlović et al., 2018. A comparative analysis was done through examples.
