Summary: | This paper study deals with selection of different material used for construction of Liquified Petroleum Gas cylinder which is used in our day-to-day life. Solidwork-2020 is used for modelling of LPG Cylinder. finite element analysis (FEA) of LPG cylinders made of Low carbon Steel and E-Glass Epoxy composites has been carried out. They are subjected to internal pressure. ANSYS (version 2021) has been used to Analyze the LPG cylinder. Both Static structural Analysis and Dynamic analysis is done. The Ansys results of deformation and stresses for Low Carbon steel & composite cylinders are compared which are built of Low carbon steel (LCS) and E-Glass Epoxy are studied. |
