Description
Summary:The Multiple Levels of Inverting (MLI) has wide application due to find inlow potential, high power control in industrial application. The proposed Multilevel inverter with 5 switches produces the desired output with lower harmonics in output voltage waveform.Several conventionaltopologiesneed more components leads to increase in the gating circuit complex, increased switching losses and which increases cost of the converter topology. A new Phase Shifted Carrier PWM technique is proposed to generate optimum gate pulse. Input is fed from Solar Panels since it is a DC source, to impart maximum output from the solarpanel Perturbed and Oscillation MPPT algorithm is implemented to converter. Compared with the conventional inverted ,the proposed solar fed multilevel H bridge inverter provides merits like reduced switches, cost, space , harmonics , switching losses, improved efficiency even with variable output from solar PV under fluctuating weather conditionsCompared with traditional inverters of many level , the number of dc sources, power electronic high power switching , the cost of the converter and the space required is substantialwith the increase in number of steps in output voltage with reduced THD.
