This study investigates the impact of functional elements of smartphone app UI on the purpose of continuous use of shopping apps amid a surge in consumption activities through smartphone shopping apps. The five-point Likert Scale was used to investigate the functional factors of the app UI for consumers who experienced shopping using the shopping app within three months. The collected data were analyzed and processed by the SPSS 25.0 program. It is analyzed that the functional factors of UI influenced the intention and satisfaction of continuous use, and satisfaction affected sales. we propose a further review of the functional factors of the shopping app UI. |
