He was, by nature, skeptical about PSP while I was an remain a critical friend. His principal concerns were that asset ownership out to remain in public hands, and the scale and nature of the information and management asymmetries between the public and private sectors. This viewpoint considers how his observations have tallied over the past two decades, and outlines some pertinent developments in PSP during that time. |
