Summary:Leader communication has long been shown to be a critical factor in worker moral, motivation, goodwill, trustworthiness and performance. Effective communication and effective leadership are closely connected. However, the language of leadership in organizations has received little attention from researchers. A school principal is the chief leader, responsible for the overall management of the school organization. Principal communication is much more complicated, and principal need to know the mechanics of sending and receiving information to teachers and students.
