), and 668 nm (

F
9/2

H
11/2
). The optimal Dy
3+
-doped concentration in the Sr
3
LaNb
3
O
12
phosphor was 0.05 mol. The phosphor had an abnormal thermal quenching phenomenon and activation energy (
E
a
= 0.29 eV). The prepared white light-emitting diode (w-LED) had a low correlation color temperature of 4162 K, chromaticity coordinates (0.365, 0.368), and the color rendering index 91. The feasibility of the Sr
3
LaNb
3
O
12
:Dy
3+
luminescent material for w-LED was verified by its performance. |
