Description
Summary:Zinc sulphide was produced on glass substrates using a nebulizer spray pyrolysis process at various deposition temperatures in this study. The temperature for zinc sulphide thin films was set to 250°C. To further understand the structural and morphological behaviour of the produced samples, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to characterize them. UV-VIS and Four Probe Technique were used to test the materials’ optical and electrical properties.
