Summary: | Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) is the main processing technology used on hard metals to remove unwanted material in various chips. This can be an essentially different manufacturing method. We have not confirmed the surface quality and removal rate of potential composites. Or an inter-metallic substance. This is a production process that uses electric discharge (spark) to achieve the desired shape. The material is out of work through a fast repetitive discharge current between the two electrodes. The two electrodes are separated by a liquid insulator and exposed to voltage. Obtain the quality parameters of the analytical method and secure the simplest analytical method parameter set to optimize the machined part standard. Look at the parts that have the parameters. EN8 steel and Copper tungsten is used as working material and processed electrode. Method parameters are taken into account: pulse ON time, pulse OFF time and maximum current. This work aims to determine the impact of various EDM processes. Available process ranges: Switch-on times - 100 mus, 200 mus, 500 mus Latency: 200 mus, 500 mus, 900 mus Input power: 7 A, 15 A, 22 A. |
