Summary: | The three parameter Weibull distribution is a widely used distribution for reliability and breakage data analysis. In the paper, we present the comprehensive estimation of reliability and Mean Time To Failure of a component using three parameter Weibull distribution for complete sample. For Parameter estimation, we use Weibull Probability Plot, Least Square method and Maximum likelihood method. The comparison of reliability MTTF estimators are presented in terms of goodness-of-fit for real data set. |
