Description
Summary:Aero-engine is the core component of the aircraft, and the blade is the key part of the engine. Because the blade is exposed to the harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure, and complex stress coupling for a long time, it is very prone to fracture failure. Laser shock processing is an advanced surface strengthening technology. It is widely used in the surface strengthening treatment of aero-engine blades because of its technical advantages such as strong controllability, good applicability, and good strengthening effect. This paper mainly expounds on the development history of laser shock processing technology and makes a brief analysis of its development prospects and existing problems. Focusing on the laser process parameters, absorption layer and constraint layer, contact film, etc., the influence of process parameters on the strengthening effect of laser shock aero-engine blades is analyzed. It lays a theoretical foundation for selecting reasonable process parameters in the laser shock processing test and practical application in the future and is of great significance to obtain the best effect of laser shock processing.
