Summary:The tourism sector has experienced a steady growth in the last decades, becoming one of the key sectors for the development of countries. However, the pandemic caused by COVID-19 brought about an unprecedented social, economic and health crisis that has forced a change in the way tourism is conducted. This article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of different Information and Communication Technologies’ uses in sustainable tourism management to study the literature and serve as a roadmap for future research in this field. El sector turismo ha experimentado un crecimiento constante en las últimas décadas, convirtiéndose en uno de los sectores clave para el desarrollo de los países. Sin embargo, la pandemia ocasionada por la COVID-19 ha traído consigo una crisis social, económica y sanitaria sin precedentes que ha forzado un cambio en la forma de hacer turismo. Este artículo presenta un análisis bibliométrico exhaustivo sobre el uso de las TIC como herramientas de gestión turística sostenible con la finalidad de conocer la producción académica y servir como hoja de ruta para futuras investigaciones en este campo.
