Summary:Brodie et al talk about the coding in the grade 9 mathematics curriculum. Everyone who has included coding in their classrooms has noticed that it has the most dramatic effect on some of those whose mathematical journeys may have gotten a bit off track. Coding has has a positive effect on those students who have learning difficulties, as it provides them with an environment that gives them instant feedback and the safety of being able to quickly fix bugs in their programs.
