Summary:An effort is made to prepare the ZnO and Polypyrrole composite thin film. ZnO and Polypyrrole sols were prepared using sol-gel technique. Nanocomposite thin film was prepared using spin coating on glass substrates. The gas sensing studies were done for ammonia (NH3) gas by depositing the films on Inter-digital electrodes.
