Summary:The efficiency of the PGU-450T power unit using in the GTU-CHP mode with the transfer of the steam turbine to the motor mode during the passage of power consumption schedules dips is analyzed. The description of digital models of elements and modes of PGU-450T in condensation and heating modes is given. The possibility of technical implementation and the effectiveness of the considered technology in terms of reliability and efficiency are shown. With the use of digital models, an assessment of the economic feasibility of using the technology of converting a steam turbine into a motor mode and significantly expanding the adjustment range of the PGU-450T to the level of condensing power units on gas-fuel oil was carried out.
