Summary:The present article discusses the integration of immigrant and repatriate children into schools in Greece. It provides: (a) a synopsis of measures offering school-based support to immigrant children and their families and (b) the demographic context of immigrant and repatriate students according to level of education and district of Greece. The results of the demographic study carried out in the context of this paper provide evidence for the need for individualized education according to geographic area.
