Summary:In this paper, we study n -dimensional quasi-cyclic codes over finite chain rings. We give the Lally bound and the Jensen bound on these codes. Moreover, we study the relationship between n -dimensional quasi-cyclic codes and n -dimensional convolutional codes over finite chain rings.
