Summary: | The major purpose of this model car is to argue for an alternative approach to the autonomous guided vehicle procedure. A vehicle of this type can play different characters on different workstations. This vehicle is programmed to work in each zone it is assigned to. This project includes the development of an analytical model, which is to be created and built into an entire system. By conducting the design procedure, the analytical model has been developed. The first phase involves deciding which zones should be included, and the second step involves deciding on the final guide path. Vehicles of this type are well-suited for use in various sectors. Such an object comprises features like it is capable of carrying an assembled component without hitting any other particles in the process. The type of vehicle needs computer aided programme control operations to achieve detecting path. For control of vehicle movements, centralised zone command wireless control is available. This vehicle type will be able to avoid colliding with the path. As a result, there must be some form of sensor in place to guarantee that the car will not collide with any obstructions on the route. It must be designed for a compact size to be able to travel effortlessly over rugged terrain. Use the Morden automation environment for developing and prototyping automated guided vehicles. |
