description The unemployment number in Indonesia is increasing causes more people choosing online job portal applications for their job searching activity. One risk observed was the privacy and security of the users since a lot of personal data and information are uploaded to the online job portal, including the private one. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study related to factors affecting users to share personal data at online job portals. By using online questionnaires, 290 valid respondents were collected within two months. The PLS-SEM approach was applied to identify and evaluate the relationship between these factors and willingness to share personal information through the online job portal. The result is that perceived trust has no relation to the willingness of sharing personal information by p-value = 0.389 which>0.05. Meanwhile, user's awareness, privacy concern, platform credibility, and individual needs have a positive correlation with the willingness of sharing personal information through the online job portal by users which has p-value
