Summary:The approaches to the synthesis of purine conjugates with N -(4-aminobenzenesulfonyl)-( S )-glutamic acid and N -(2-ammoethanesulfonyl)-( S )-glutamic acid by nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atom in 6-chloropurine derivatives have been developed. The studied compounds did not show significant antimycobacterial activity in the in vitro experiment.
