Description
Summary:Citizen participation mechanisms have become very important in recent decades. This change is due to multiple factors, but the inclusion of citizens in decision-making seeks, among other things, to regain legitimacy and trust from society. In particular, we present some reflections that are derived from the study of the Pedregal de Domingo neighborhood in Mexico City. We propose that it is important to promote incentives for citizen participation.
