Summary:Currently, people need social support from the state, enterprises, and various organizations. There are many such social supports. Material, psychological, legal, pedagogical - all these social support to one degree or another improve people's lives. With social support, businesses can further motivate employees. This paper examines such social support as a mortgage. Many enterprises help to pay it, but it is rather difficult to choose from a large number of employees who apply for this social support. The selection must be made according to certain criteria. The task of optimizing the process of selecting a candidate for obtaining a corporate mortgage is being solved through the development and implementation of an information system. This system will provide decision support in determining the level of the employee. Decision support is carried out by obtaining and processing criteria. The purpose of this work is to develop an information system that allows you to automate the accounting of the selection of candidates for a corporate mortgage.
