Description
Summary:The article poses and analytically solves the problem of heat and mass transfer during a periodic spraying of a high-temperature dispersed phase in the process of manufacturing a heat-resistant coating, resulting in a body that increases in volume due to the nonstationary movement of the high-temperature boundary. Attachment to the body of a hot mass occurs within a fraction of a second, after which the body cools down by removing heat by thermal conduction and convection to the environment. Then the spraying and cooling cycle is repeated several hundred times until the required thickness of the heat-resistant material is obtained. To solve the problem, we managed to apply the finite integral cosine Fourier transform after the preliminary transformation of a region with a moving boundary into a region with fixed boundaries. The results of the calculations are analyzed.
