Summary: | Statistical methods of miltifactorial experiment design have been applied to studying the disinfection of drinking water with ozone. Based on the mathematical model obtained, the optimal doses of ozone that are necessary for the ozone treatment of water of a known qualitative composition can be determined, and the efficiency of a chosen mode of ozone treatment can be predicted. It is demonstrated with river craft that the model can be used in the practice of water supply. |
