Description
Summary:Electrical equipment operates under various temperatures and non-sinusoidal excitation, which makes magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials quite different from those under room temperature and sinusoidal excitation. Magnetic properties and loss characteristics of the ferrite (N87) and nanocrystalline alloy (FT-3KL) are measured and analyzed in the range of 25 °C to 125 °C from 5 kHz to 20 kHz under both square and rectangular excitation with different duty ratios. The temperature dependence of these materials under different conditions is systematically compared with normalization method. The comprehensive performance of core materials is discussed in combination with the experimental phenomena and results.
