Summary: | A large part of the surveillance video is considered unnecessary to the user and it is considered redundant. Therefore, this work focuses on scenes in which a certain car appears in the surveillance video, while other scenes are neglected. In this paper, Viola-Jones is used to detect the car plate, SVM is employed to improve performance, and PNN is utilized for classification. The experimental results of the proposed system are more efficient as compared with other research papers such as Viola-Jones accuracy is (97%), SVM accuracy is (99%), and accuracy of the car plate identification is (94.8%). |
