Description
Summary:In this study, zirconium oxide (ZrO2 ) films at different substrate temperatures(300, 350 and 400) °C are successfully prepared by using a chemical spray pyrolysis system. The optical properties have been investigated for zirconium oxide films. The absorbance, coefficient of extinction, and absorption coefficient are affected by temperature and we can notice a higher value of these at 350 °C. the temperature 400 °C has a higher transmittance of almost equal to 70%. The energy gap increased with the increase of temperature.
