Description
Summary:Factors affecting the properties and composition of dust taken from rotary cement kilns include the furnace structure and the composition of the raw materials. The most dust is obtained from the drying, calcination, and exothermal-reaction zones. Thus, the dust composition includes a mixture of baked clay and limestone. The motion of air and solid clinker particles is studied. A mathematical description is proposed for this process.
