Description
Summary:To reduce the overall development cost of Yanchang gas field and improve the drilling speed, a fast directional drilling method based on drillability prediction and drilling parameter optimization is proposed. Based on the analysis of geological characteristics and drilling technical difficulties of Yanchang gas field, the rock drillability prediction model is established using adaptive double-chain quantum genetic algorithm and BP neural network optimization to predict the rock drillability of Yanchang gas field in quartz sandstone geology. Aiming at the drillable location of Yanchang gas field, the fast adaptive quantum genetic algorithm is used to optimize the directional fast drilling method. The directional fast drilling model based on complete intelligence is constructed, and the optimal drilling objective function is established to obtain the optimal ROP, WOB and the corresponding unit footage cost. On the premise of low unit footage cost, the directional fast drilling of Yanchang gas field with quartz sandstone geology is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the drilling cost and improve the drilling rate of Yanchang gas field with quartz sandstone geology.
