Summary:Teacher wellbeing is a prosperous condition experienced by teachers related to their life satisfaction. Teachers who have high teacher wellbeing will be happier and have a good quality of life so that they can produce good performance. By utilizing advances in technology, this research aims to develop an application based on face recognition to measure the level of teacher wellbeing. The application was developed with two research methods, namely the Neuroresearch method to develop construct theory and standard instruments to be implemented in the application. The application development method uses the waterfall method as the most suitable method for software development. The result of this research is the design of Teacher Wellbeing Application based on Face Recognition.
