Summary: | Now a days, steel composite girder bridges supposed to be used as volition to generally used concrete bridges as they pertain the ability to adapt any kind of geometry and therefore, we get the chance to reuse the no. of materials that used in it. In this review, the exploration has been reported which has been carried out on parameters like design, behaviour of bridge, processes included during construction time, conservation, assessment due to impact, and decision making ways of steel composite girder bridges. This is mostly done to meet the goal and a comprehensive design strategy. A multivariate analysis, additionally to qualitative analysis, is described for recognizing the gaps in the knowledge mainly associated with bridge design & to descry trends in exploration. A further objective is to form gaps that are visible within the sustainable design of steel composite girder bridges, allowing us for concentrating on unborn exploration studies. The outcomes extracted from the work specifies that, how experimenters have focused only on the primary design of composite steel bridges with a substantially profitable method, whereas at a worldwide level, the concern is directed on the way to the hunt for justifiable results. The work has investigated the decision-making methods permit engineers to enhance their decision making, notably at the moment during composite bridges life cycle. |
