Summary:Thiourea Cadmium Sulphate crystal is prepared by a slow evaporation technique. The atomic groups appear in TCS crystals are assessed by the mechanism of FTIR spectroscopy. The UV–vis–NIR spectral analysis is utilized to examine the optical presence of absorption and transmission characteristics of the crystal. The TEM and SEM images are inspected and photoluminescence spectral analysis was reported. Finally, the Non Linear Optical (NLO) property of TCS crystal is endorsed by (SHG) evaluation at significant wavelength1064nm.
