Summary: | The features of conducting a tomographic study of a vacuum technology product (a photodetector device) are considered. The characteristic artifacts of reconstruction that arise during the study and methods of dealing with them are indicated. The use of a neural network for detecting projections with dead pixels and performing their correction is proposed. The neural network trained as part of the work showed high accuracy of detecting dead pixels. |
