Description
Summary:The article assessed the feasibility of using the developed physical-mathematical model to calculate the emergency process in a cryogenic double-shell tank for low-tonnage LNG storage and transportation. The model was tested using liquid nitrogen (without insulation in the annular space) and LNG (with powder insulation filling the annular space); the results confirmed the reliability of the proposed method for calculating the transition process parameters in a cryogenic double-shell tank.
