Summary:In bauxite mining one of the main things that are quite important in smooth production is the existence of a washing unit that serves as a means of washing Crude Bauxite (CBx) and Washed Bauxite (WBx). The problem that occurs is the non-fulfillment of washing plant production targets from the targets that have been set. The purpose of this study is to find out the production capabilities of washing plant tools used then it can be known the effectiveness of the washing tool in achieving the specified production targets, analyzing the obstacles that occur in washing plant tools, calculating the actual production capabilities of washing plant tools, conducting studies between actual production results on the ground and the targeted production plan. In this study, the authors used a quantitative research methodology which means that this research is positioned as a free value.
