description | The use of mineral fertilizers in soybean cultivation is still debatable due to the biological characteristics of the crop and the many factors affecting plant nutrition in specific natural and climatic conditions. In our work, we studied the effect of fertilizer application at sowing together with seed inoculation at a dose of N30P30 and N30P30S21 on the yield and yield quality of soybean varieties of different maturity groups on leached chernozem in the Western Caucasus. In 2020-2021, when fertilizer was applied, the yield of varieties increased on average by 4.35.2% relative to the control (no fertilizer). But the varieties responded differently to fertilizer application. The early maturing variety Slavia and the mid-maturing Vilana beta showed a significant increase in yield when mineral fertilizers were applied at sowing. Fertilizers did not affect the protein and oil content of seeds, but the protein and oil yields were increased due to the yield increase. The soybean variety had the biggest effect on the yield, while the impact of mineral fertilizer was only 5%. |
