Description
Summary:Cancer Immunotherapy In article number 2210986, Mingming Ding and co‐workers construct a photoallosteric polymersome (PAP) that undergoes a rapid conformational transition from β‐sheet to α‐helix upon exposure to near‐infrared light irradiation. Photoinduced allosteric behavior specifically enhances cell penetration and lysosome escape and reconstructs the vesicular membrane structure for on‐demand release of hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs, thus remolding the immune microenvironment and achieving excellent synergistic anticancer efficacy in vivo without tumor recurrence and metastasis.
